Thank you Dr. Seuss...

Dear Dr. Seuss,
Thank you so much for your books, my kids love them. Their favorite part is when Daddy reads to them because he puts such an effort, I think just the way you intended it to be.
Our new best time favorite is Green Eggs and Ham especially for Miss A. She is just starting to read. For me it was hard at first and I really thought it was a great tongue twister for non- English speaking born peeps just like me, but this week I saw the light, yep everything was clear. Dear Miss A said:
"I'll read to you (Miss G feeling sick) Green eggs and ham"
I said: "How come? You cannot read that? It's too long, you know?"
"Yes, I know" She answered, "but it has all my sight words, so I can read it all day long."
So she did, she read it all by herself to little Miss G accompanied by Miss K...
So you see Dr. Seuss, you have made this momma proud for I have a little one that wants to read, tongue twisters to me, yet so fluent to her.
Now I know it is not for me, but for little readers just like Miss A.
Sincerely,
Miss A's, Miss G's and Miss K's proud Momma

Little hands

Better known as "manitas" this is for now Miss K's name because she is getting into everything. Her latest work was last Sunday when she got hands on my new face soap that I got just the day before. I could adore her, but I was so mad. Her daddy and her big sis clean up for me. Anyway just a little totally unrelated topic of the day.

The joys of parenthood! Daddy even had the joy of shooting delightful pictures.
Have a great Friday

Totally unrelated 2

Yes again talking about something totally unrelated to crafting but something that is keeping me excited this days. It is about shopping wise, what? yes shopping but in a different way. I am always looking for ways to get more for my bucks and to do so I have try many things. Last April when Monika came to visit I asked her to teach me how to do the coupon-ing she is amazing on that you can visit her blog and see the crazy things she gets for almost nothing.
She gave me a few websites that I found very helpful like this, and this, and this one too. I found that my local news paper has this gal called the savvy shopper and is totally local I love it!. I am learning lots about coupons and the best way to use them. One rule she said is always buy on sale and better if using coupons, never pay full price. I am still working on it but when I see that I save $40 to $80 on my trips I start liking the coupon thing.
Besides coupons which they do not offer much produce options anyway Darlette told me about a co-op program that is getting very popular in the west part of the country called Bountiful Baskets
It is an amazing program basically you pay $15 and they give you $50 worth of produce %50 fruits and %50 vegetables. It is amazing, last Saturday I went to pickup mine and here is the picture of what I got: Fruits: Bananas, apples, strawberries, plums, melon, and grapes.
Vegetables: Chard, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and carrots.
All for just $15, all the produce is first grade and wonderful to work with. So this is my totally unrelated post of the day.

Make it a great day!
