Super Costumes

Last night we had our church Halloween party and the girls had the chance to show what mommy has been working on . The idea came one day last month when Alana started playing Super Alana. She got her old wire basket (socks basket) and a rag from my cleaning rags. She just star saying: "I am Super Alana" and that gave me the idea. Then I saw on the sky is pink blog her tutu and decided to make them as past of the costumes. The masks were totally my idea and I guess they love them.

Anoche tuvimos nuestra fiesta de noche de brujas en nuestra Iglesia y las ninas tubieron la oportunidad de mostrar lo que mamy ha estado trabajando por los ultimos dias. La idea vino un dia que Alana me pidio que le pusiera un trapito de los que uso para limpiar y que encontro en la ropa que acababa de lavar. Me dijo que era super Alnana y que su canastita de calcetines era su casco. despues vi en el blog de The sky is pink un tutu que habia hecho siguiendo un tutorial asi es que decidi agregarlo a todo es Super traje ja ja ja. LA mascara fue mi idea y les encanto a las ninas

And then last night's party.

I truly enjoy my super Alana And my super Grace they make my life so happy.

Disfruto muchisimo a mi super Alana y a mi super Grace, ellas hacen mi vida muy feliz.

Pumpkins

My DS made this machine embroidery pumpkin place mats for me probably 3 falls ago, and because I did not have the right thread color I left it sit under my stack of fabric. I finally found the right color to finish the binding and Friday night I work on them. I seemed lime it took me forever but I finally finish them all here is a picture of my kitchen table I'll probably never have it looking like that because with two helpers there is no way. I put over the table a clear plastic table top. I can enjoy my place mat and the girls can make all the mess they want.

Mi querida hermana hizo estas lindas calabazas en su bordadora hace como 3 anos como no tenia el color correcto de hilo para terminar el bies lo deje y hasta ahora que finalmente encontre el color correcto los pude terminar. aqui esta una foto de la mesa. No creo que se pueda ver asi siempre, con unas lindas ayudantas simplemente no se puede. Lo que hice fue que compre hule cristal y lo puse ariba asi se proteje de las lindas manitas

Sister's Tags

WOW! four posts in four days! too much to share. My DS sent me pictures of her tags she just finished. I am amazed how cute and different they look all totally done. I asked her if could post her pictures and she agree, so here they are.

Wow! cuatro entradas en cuatro dias! hay mucho que compartir. Mi amada hermana me mando fotos de sus tags ya terminados. Me impresiono el ver que lindos y diferentes se ven ya terminados. Le pregunte si podia ponerlos en el blog y acepto, asi es que aqui estan.

After stitching 30 tags I will take a few days to refresh myself maybe finishing my log cabin blocks and the last part of the girls Halloween costume.

Despues de bordar 30 tags voy a tomar un descanso por unos dias para refrescarme de ideas, talves trabajare en mis log cabin blocks y terminar la ultima parte de los trajes de Halloween de mis hijas.

More snowmen

I can't believe that I 'm almost done with just one more stitching to go of the middle guy. I will be done 30 stitcheries wow. It took me two months (with a two week break) but anyway I am so pleased I just need to figure our how I am going to finish them.

No puedo creer que ya casi termino con mi bordado solo me falta uno mas del chico de enmedio y listo. Despues de 30 bordados guau!. Me tomo casi dos meses (con dos semanas de vacaciones) pero enfin ahora solo tengo que pensar en como terminarlos.

Patchwork blocks

Last week I start working on some patchwork blocks, All made with 1 1/2" strips of fabric. I did a classic log cabin and then I just play with the fabric. I hope to finish my project soon and show it all complete.

La semana pasada trabaje en unos blocks de patchwork. Todos hechos con tiritas de 1 1/2 '' de ancho. El primero fue un clasico log cabin, despues segui jugando con loas tiritas a ver que salia. Espero terminar esta semana mi projecto y ensenarselos.

Here is another favorite mini hero in my life, She graduated me as a mother and has made my life joyful ever since. Celebrating her Birthday and enjoying life!
